Data Grid Color Legend
| TEAL | You may not be eligible to receive a Guarantee Services Refund if the delay was caused by some unhandled factor, like weather. |
| MONEY GREEN | You already received a Guarantee Services Refund. |
| GREEN | You may be eligible for a Guarantee Services Refund. |
| YELLOW | Information incomplete: missing ZIP code, or missing or incomplete delivery address, or TN data is temporarily unavailable from UPS. Wait for a while, and then resubmit data, for example, after 4 or 8 hours, or the next day. |
| DARK RED | Incorrect TN number. |
| GRAY | Billing Information Voided. |
