How to get from UPS guarantee service refund

There are two basic methods to obtain your refund on Out-of-Time packages from UPS:

First Method:

• Call UPS the toll free phone number and say "Refund"
• Tell the UPS operator about each late (out of time) TN package, one by one
• Your UPS account will be credited with a refund!

Second Method:

• Open the online refund recovery form on UPS web site
• In "UPS Billing Center" under "Billing Center Quick Links" click on "Request a Refund"
• Complete the form by each late (out of time) TN package, one by one and submit it
• Your UPS account will be credited with a refund!

REMEMBER: if a refund is not requested within 15 days, the UPS will owe you nothing
